Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. The website belongs to Joshua Lim, founder of Precious Media Production. Questions or requests about your information: Joshua@joshualimfilm.com.

Enquiry and quotation forms

When you send an enquiry or quotation request we collect what you type: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), production type, estimated budget, timeline and project description. We also record which page you came from and, if you arrived from a link with campaign tags, the campaign name, so we can see which pages lead to enquiries. We use this only to reply to you, prepare a quotation and follow up on that enquiry.

Where it is kept

Your enquiry is emailed to Joshua@joshualimfilm.com and saved in the website’s own database. It is not sold or shared for marketing. Enquiries are deleted automatically after 24 months unless they become a confirmed project. If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp instead, that conversation happens on WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.

Analytics

If Google Analytics is switched on for this site, it only starts after you press Accept on the notice shown to you. It records which pages are visited and which buttons (WhatsApp, email, quotation form, consultation booking) are used. It is not sent your name, email address, phone number or the text of your message. You can decline; the website works the same. The website also keeps simple anonymous counts of those button clicks that involve no cookies and no personal information.

Videos

Videos on this site are loaded from YouTube only when you press play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced address. Playing a video is then subject to YouTube’s own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent by emailing Joshua@joshualimfilm.com. You can also withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time by telling us.
