What is the difference between AI-generated and AI-assisted video?
AI-generated (AIGC) footage is created with generative AI tools. AI-assisted video is produced in a conventional way and uses AI in editing and post-production. A project can use either or combine both, and I describe which is which. Not every video in my portfolio is AI-generated.
Are you a filmmaker or an AI video producer?
I am a film producer and filmmaker first. AI video production is an additional service, delivered with the same creative direction and production standards as the rest of my work.
When is AI video production a good fit, and when is traditional filming better?
AI production creates imagery with generative tools instead of cameras, while traditional production films real people, products and locations. I can advise which suits a brief, or combine both in a hybrid production.
