Malaysia is 7 to 8 hours ahead of the UK, depending on whether the UK is on British Summer Time. A 9:00 am call in London is 4:00 pm in Malaysia during British Summer Time and 5:00 pm in winter, so a UK morning meets my afternoon and a call can be arranged without anyone working unsocial hours.
The work is organised online from start to finish: the brief, the reference material, review links and the final files. If your organisation has several people giving feedback, the comments can be gathered on your side during your working day and sent to me in writing, and I will respond when my afternoon begins.
The time difference is something we plan around from the first conversation, rather than discover halfway through a project. Delivery dates depend on the project and are agreed with you at the start.
